                   Jordan Cunningham

The Central Coast is where I grew up, where I work to earn a living, and where my wife and I raise our four children.
Whenever we get together with our friends and neighbors, enjoy the natural beauty of our region, or volunteer in the community, we are reminded that there is no better place to call home.
My passion for our community coupled with my experience as a deputy district attorney and taxpayer advocate, have motivated my decision to run for the State Assembly.
I have prosecuted criminals in the courtroom, making our community a safer place to live. I have fought against higher taxes and unnecessary fees, protecting our hard-working families and taxpayers.
And now, with your support, I will fight for our region in the Assembly, providing commonsense leadership and a voice for each and every one of our residents.
Sincerely,
Jordan Cunningham

SAR Meeting Minutes   November 21, 2015

The meeting was called to order by President Haynes, who also introduce and welcomed our many guests..  Nathan gave the invocation,  followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and The SAR Pledge.

Our guest speaker was Don Welsh, who presented interesting material about Mayan and Aztec cultures and architecture, as well as a discussion of the Florida Everglades.  Good stuff and he’s written a book.

Later in the meeting,  John Bradbury discussed divining rod (not what he called them) and his trip to Tennessee. Also interesting.

Bill Siler brought a pie.  I missed that, but I’m sure it was a good one.

We inducted four new members including;  James Shea,  John Shahine, Elia Shahine, and Trevor Platt.  Welcome.

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.  The Treasurer reported $2,5328.10, and requested that if you’ve not done so, pay your dues!

Attendance was a record twenty-two souls, which certainly livened up the meeting.

Meeting adjourned with the SAR closing pledge.

Respectfully submitted,

David Tissue
Acting Secretary
