Next Meeting of SAR Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017

Next meeting of the Central Coast Chapter of SAR is Saturday, November 18, 2017, at 1:00 PM at IHOP Restaurant, Madonna Rd, San Luis Obispo, CA

The guest speaker will be Ann Kitajima, Assistant Director at the Morro Bay National Estuary Program.

Ann Kitajima will discuss the progress of the Morro Bay Estuary.  Ann served as the Monitoring Program Manager for the Estuary Program from 2002 thru 2016, directing and overseeing monitoring efforts throughout the bay and creeks.  In 2016, she became the organization's Assistant Director.  Her responsibilities include grant writing and grant management, strategic planning, and administrative functions.  she holds engineering degrees from UC Berkeley and UC Irvine and had been a Central Coast resident for nearly 20 years.

Please plan to attend the meeting and bring a family member or friend who may have an interest in joining SAR.

Also, if you have not already do so, please submit your payment of the 2018, dues.
